What makes our Vinyasa Classes so special: Our classes combine dynamic Vinyasa flows with targeted strength and endurance moves. Perfect if you want to sweat, tone your muscles and centre your mind at the same time. Its a class that scuplts - body and mind. A class that shifts your boundaries.


Our Vinyasa Yoga sessions build on traditional Vinyasa Yoga based on Ashtanga, but go one step further. In flowing sequences we blend classic asanas with functional strength training and core work. Using your own bodyweight, conscious breathing and focused activation, you’ll define muscles, build stamina and fire up your metabolism.


We offer different levels – from energising introductions for newcomers to intense sessions for experienced practitioners. Each class is carefully structured so you train safely while still deepening your yoga practice.
