Vinyasa

Vinyasa, often called "flow yoga," is a dynamic yoga style that links movement with breath, creating a continuous, flowing sequence of poses. It's characterized by a smooth transition between postures, synchronized with the breath, which can raise the heart rate and body temperature. Vinyasa classes are known for their variety and creativity, with no two classes being exactly alike. We offer classes at different levels, so whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, there's a flow for you.

yoga class

Hatha

A slower, more meditative practice during which practitioners, hold postures longer. A branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel vital force or energy. An ideal practice for those who want to improve strength, flexibility and body awareness at a slower pace.

Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra

This calming class combines the slow, meditative postures of Yin Yoga with the deep guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra.

We begin with Yin poses to open the body and calm the nervous system, followed by a restful Nidra meditation to bring you into a state of inner stillness and healing.

Perfect for anyone seeking balance, release, and deep rest. No experience needed – just come as you are.

Meditation

Meditation & Breathwork

A calming class that centers around mindful breathing and meditation. Through gentle seated postures, guided pranayama (breathwork), and simple yet powerful meditation techniques – such as breath awareness, body scans, and silent observation – we create space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with ourselves.

This practice supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deep sense of inner calm.
Perfect for anyone seeking grounding and stillness – no prior experience needed.

Anjali Classic

This holistic yoga class is an invitation to step away from everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
You can expect mobilizing, flowing movements in sync with your breath, strengthening elements, and deep relaxation – accompanied by mindfulness practices and a closing meditation to promote mental clarity and stability. Each class is based on a theme from yogic philosophy.
The perfect balance of movement and stillness to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony.

Suitable for all levels – come as you are. Simply be. Just be.

Kids & Teens

Our yoga classes for kids and teens offer a fun, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect.
In Kids Yoga, playful sequences, animal stretches, and simple breathing exercises help children build strength, confidence, and emotional resilience – all while having fun and making friends.

Teen Yoga provides a grounding reset during the challenges of Gymnasium or Apprenticeship. Through dynamic flows and mindfulness, teens improve flexibility, focus, and inner calm.

Cancellation & Abo Policy

At ANASA Studio, we strive to create a supportive, reliable, and well-organised environment for our entire community. To ensure we can plan classes responsibly, offer consistent schedules, and fairly support our teachers, the following policies apply to all bookings and passes.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

All class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time.
Cancellations made after this window are considered late cancellations and cannot be refunded or rebooked.

Late Cancellations & Payment

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full class fee or deducted from your pass —
unless you provide a valid medical/sick note.
This ensures fairness to all clients and helps us maintain sustainable studio operations.

Abo Validity & Expiration Dates

All class passes (Abos) come with a fixed expiration date.
To keep the system fair and consistent, passes cannot be extended once they expire, with the following exceptions:

  1. Extension with a medical/sick note
If you are unable to practice for medical reasons, please provide a valid doctor’s note and we will extend your pass accordingly.

  2. Planned longer absences (travel, work, etc.)
If you know in advance that you will be away for an extended period, please inform us before your absence begins, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Extensions can only be arranged before the absence — not retroactively.

These guidelines help us maintain fairness toward all students and allow the studio to operate sustainably.

Why These Policies Matter

Late cancellations, no-shows, and expired passes without notice limit opportunities for others to join classes and create challenges in planning and supporting our teaching team. By honouring these policies, you help keep ANASA Studio running smoothly and accessible for everyone.

We deeply appreciate your understanding, your respect for our policies, and your continued support of our studio.

With gratitude,
Raffaela & Constantine
