🌿 ANASA wear by anjali.yoga – Return & Exchange Policy

At ANASA wear by anjali.yoga, we want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your product within 6 calendar days of receiving it.

After 6 days, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns.

🔁 Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll refund the product value only (shipping costs are non-refundable) within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item.
If you’ve already made an exchange, a refund is not possible.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank (typically 10–14 working days).

✅ Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

• You’ve contacted us at contact@anjali.yoga with your name, order number, and a short reason for your return or exchange request.
  (Please wait for our confirmation before sending your parcel.)

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are included.

• You return the item using Swiss Post or another tracked courier (shipping costs are your responsibility).

• The product is not a sale or promotional item.

• If your order included a gift, it must also be returned in perfect condition.

🧘‍♀️ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, socks, earrings, or bodysuits.

♻️ Exchanges

You can make up to two exchanges per order.
Orders placed via phone, Instagram, or in person are eligible for exchange only (no refunds).

If the new product is of lower value, the difference is not refunded.
If it’s of higher value, the difference must be paid when confirming the exchange.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds are made to the original payment method.
If you paid by cash on delivery, we’ll refund you via bank transfer to an account you specify by email.
(For security reasons, the account holder must match the billing name on the order.)

⚠️ Non-Eligible Returns

Returns that don’t meet the above conditions will be sent back to you at your own expense.

✨ Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt at

🕉️ Change or Cancel Your Order

You can change or cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn’t yet been prepared for shipment.
Simply email us at contact@anjali.yoga.

If you’ve already paid, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Once your order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
